Do I need 20 min, 30 min or 40 min?

20 min is recommended for 4.5 years and under, which is a long time for these youngsters since all classes are 1 on 1.

30 min is recommended for 5 years and up because this gives them more time since to deepen their understanding of swimming and for this age range, their stamina is greater.

40 min is recommended for athletes/ swim team and adults.
